Ok...court was held on Wednesday Jan 4, 2006 in Reno, NV. The judge was very irritated by John's actions. She didn't appriciate that he was allowing me to take on the hardships of parenting alone without helping me. So, he has to pay child support. I didn't really want anything from him b/c if he doesn't want to help, I wasn't going to make him help. Futhermore, there was no custody decision made, so John and I must share physical and legal custody. Isaiah will be flying back and forth every month. On Jan 21st, John is coming to get Isaiah and he's taking him for a month, the Feb 21st, I go get him...and so on...until the next court date which is in July. I want Isaiah to have a relationship with his fater but the pediatrician told me that exessive air travel for infants is fatal. That scares me! Please pray for me and with me that I can get through this and that nothing bad happens to my son in the process...thank you!!!
