Customer Service/Order Processor (JN -102023-63600)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties of a Customer Service/Order Entry Representative include answering incoming calls and providing outstanding customer service to assist our clients customers with questions, product information and orders
Additional duties include:- Listening to customers questions and concerns, providing answers or responses as needed
- Providing information about products,services and customer orders
- Keeping records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, complaints, as well as actions taken
- Reviewing or making changes to customer accounts
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:- Minimum of 1 years recent customer service/order entry experience preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Bi-lingual- English/Spanish ( Preferred)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and strong data entry skills
- Strong communication an interpersonal skill
- Excellent follow up and organizational skills
