Our client is seeking a Civil Litigation paralegal. A certified North Carolina paralegal with 3-5 years of relevant experience is preferred. Applicants must have experience in various aspects of civil litigation including discovery, depositions, motion practice and trial. Duties for this position include drafting and editing pleadings, basic legal documents and correspondence; maintaining case, court and attorney schedules in the firm's practice management software; coordinating meetings, hearings, depositions.; managing office correspondence; attorney timekeeping; filing and other administrative duties which may be assigned from time to time consistent with the role of a paralegal.

This role pays competitive compensation ($43,000 to $55,000 annually) plus excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; disability insurance (long and short term); 401k and profit-sharing.
