This role will collaborate with THD merchant, online, and inventory teams as well as work cross-functionally internally to execute daily operational functions as well as drive sales growth initiatives.<h2></h2><h2><span class="emphasis-3">Position</span></h2>Sales Operations Analyst – The Home Depot<h2></h2><h2><span class="emphasis-3">Location</span></h2>USA, Louisville, KY<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><span class="emphasis-3">How You'll Create Possibilities</span></h2><div><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>Support National Account Manager (NAM) for RAC, Water Filtration, Small Appliances, and Parts portfolio by delivering on sales objectives, project planning, operations flow and business reviews</p></li><li><p>Work cross-functionally with account manager, finance, marketing, and supply chain to drive successful implementation of customer commitments</p></li><li><p>Manage Brand Advocate program for RAC, Water Filtration, Small Appliances and Parts portfolio ensuring a best-in-class presentation on homedepot.com</p></li><li><p>Manage Drop Ship Processes with Order/Ship/Bill within Commerce Hub</p></li><li><p>Manage Order, Ship, Bill Process for Direct Imports for Home Depot</p></li><li><p>Manage the Derby Inventory and compare to Home Depot Forecast and adjust with Fulfillment Team</p></li><li><p>Manage multiple priorities, drive timely issue resolution, and process improvement and effectively implement Strategic Account initiatives</p></li><li><p>Provide support to customize customer sales presentations utilizing category insights that leverage sales strategy and account opportunities.</p></li><li><p>DFC Collaboration with Shipments both internally and externally</p></li><li><p>Ownership of Item Data Management (IDM) for launching SKU’s online and instore</p></li><li><p>Manage returns approval process for RAC, Water Filtration, Small Appliances and Parts</p></li><li><p>Work with Transportation for Room Air Conditioner shipments, order entry and product fulfillment.</p></li><li><p>Analyze market and POS data to develop recommendations with NAM regarding assortment/plan-o-gram performance, promotional analysis and display planning.
