You’ll be instrumental in building relationships, generating demand, and expanding our presence in key markets.<h2></h2><h2><span class="emphasis-3">Position</span></h2>Territory Sales Representative, Air & Water Solutions – Ontario<h2></h2><h2><span class="emphasis-3">Location</span></h2>Other Canada<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><span class="emphasis-3">How You'll Create Possibilities</span></h2><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Sales & Client Development</b></p><ul><li><p>Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, specifiers, engineers, developers, and distributors.</p></li><li><p>Promote our full portfolio of products and solutions to drive sales, revenue, and margin growth.</p></li><li><p>Execute and achieve territory-specific sales plans and performance targets.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Strategic Market Engagement</b></p><ul><li><p>Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with management to develop strategic plans, sales goals, and territory forecasts.</p></li><li><p>Pursue new business opportunities to expand market share within the territory.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Project Pursuit</b></p><ul><li><p>Identify, track, and pursue construction, retrofit, and expansion projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Product Promotion & Programs</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead presentations, job site visits, trade shows, and training sessions to communicate our value proposition.</p></li><li><p>Design and implement customer-specific programs and marketing strategies to drive profitable sales.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Distributor & Team Collaboration</b></p><ul><li><p>Strengthen distributor relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with internal teams including product management, inside sales, and customer support.</p></li><li><p>Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain trust and credibility.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Pricing & Specifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Manage quotes to meet customer needs and market expectations.</p></li><li><p>Advise on product specifications and support pricing strategies.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Industry Knowledge & Continuous Improvement</b></p><ul><li><p>Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.</p></li><li><p>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and communicate training needs to management.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Reporting & Analytics</b></p><ul><li><p>Track sales metrics using CRM and reporting tools.</p></li><li><p>Provide regular updates on sales activity, market intelligence, and project pipelines.</p></li><li><p>Submit progress summaries and expense reports as required.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Training</b></p><ul><li><p>Deliver product training and presentations that clearly communicate the GE Appliances Air & Water value proposition.</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><span class="emphasis-3">What You'll Bring to Our Team</span></h2><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Experience:</b> Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in HVAC/R, Plumbing, or related mechanical/piping markets.</p></li><li><p><b>Technical Knowledge:</b> Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems. Ability to navigate diverse customer environments.</p></li><li><p><b>Skills:</b> Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
