Summary/Objective:
Blending, filtering, washing and packaging of final and intermediary products for sale and internal consumption.
Essential Functions:- Follow instructions on provided Work Orders, blend tickets and wash tickets.
- Weighing of ingredients, sampling products.
- Handling of liquid and dry ingredients. Liquid pump operation and liquid packaging into various container sizes from 1oz. to 55-gallon drums to 6500 gallon tankers.
- Minor GC analysis for certain washes, Inventory management via paper transfer forms for creation, consumption, and movement of all handled products.
- Communication with the Formulations team and management.
- Forklift Operation.
Supervisory Responsibility:Work Environment:- 80% Ambient/20% Air Conditioned Office
Physical Demands:- Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis, able to bend, stoop, stretch, reach and duck. Moderate periods of standing.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:- Direct-Hourly- 7 days on/off 12 hour shifts
Travel:Required Education and Experience:- GED-HS Diploma Req.
- Simple Mathematics understanding Req. (Addition/Subtraction/Multiplication/Division)
- 1+ year experience in liquid and dry ingredients blending/mixing.
