We invite candidates from any location to apply.</p><p></p><p><span><b>Purpose: </b>The duties of the Business Intelligence Analyst include contributing to the Business Intelligence team as an established and productive individual contributor. Helps implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization’s overall strategy.</span></p><p></p><p><b>You will be responsible for: </b></p><ul><li><p><span>Identifying trends and areas for BI analysis.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contributes to components of projects, programs, or processes for the Business Intelligence team</span></p></li><li><p><span>Producing insightful presentations to assist business managers and executives.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Meeting with internal and external stakeholders to generate insight into decision-making.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Utilizing data analytics tools and visualization platforms.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Providing feedback and assistance to other employees based on your research.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensuring the security and confidentiality of all data, information, and documents used in BI operations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented strategies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Review and understand existing data flow and analytics systems</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create different visualization models to identify risk and opportunities in accordance with business context</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with multiple data sources</span></p></li><li><p><span>Constantly analyze business performance and processes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist teams with predictions, trends, and actions based on the data</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications/Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p><span>A degree in data analytics, computer science, business analytics, or information technology.</span></p></li><li><p><span>2-4 years of experience in a data-related or business intelligence position.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Able to leverage different technologies, such as Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and Alteryx</span></p></li><li><p><span>A business-savvy approach to data and its uses for companies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong analytical skills, critical thinking abilities, and a passion for big data.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Problem-solving mindset and bigger-picture view of information.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent interpersonal skills.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
