Provides inter-departmental support on an ad-hoc basis to support the Production Equipment Repair &amp; Maintenance goals and objectives. Follows and applies routine administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. </span></p><p></p><p><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Complies with high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.</span></p><p><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><br />Complies with managerial requirements for core tasks for the support function of the Production Equipment Repair &amp; Maintenance unit, and follows routine administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.<br /></span></p><p><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Compiles data to communicate with Equipment Engineers and Equipment Technicians to develop Repair and Maintenance scheduling for the rollout of new and improved repair and maintenance processes, tools and equipment.<br /></span></p><p><span style="color:#4a4a4a">Helps develop operational control standards and testing equipment to make sure all calibration and preventive maintenance is delivered on time and effective manner. However, all applications will be considered.</p><p></p><p><b>We are searching for the best talent for PM CAL Coordinator II.</b></p><p></p><p><b>Purpose: </b>The PM and Calibration Coordinator is maintaining the PM System in SAP and its administration. She/He is responsible for the timely completion and GDP conform documentation of calibration and PM for all site owned GxP Equipment.</p><p></p><p><b>You will be responsible for:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Coordinates the Preventative Maintenance and Calibration of any GxP equipment on site</p></li><li><p>Ensure documentation of these activities is complete and accurate. Utilization of work order system (SAP)</p></li><li><p>Schedule and maintain PM and calibration plans in PM system (SAP) to have minimal impact on production.</p></li><li><p>Review Equipment documentation and consult equipment owner in specific requirements for measuring and test equipment</p></li><li><p>Maintains technical contact with external suppliers for PM and calibration</p></li><li><p>Creates and tracks Purchase Requisitions for Calibration and PM services</p></li><li><p>Plans sequence of testing and calibration program for instruments and equipment according to blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and other specifications.</p></li><li><p>·Review data from PM and calibrations and make recommendations for improvements.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level</p></li><li><p>Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.</p></li><li><p>Supports development and improvement projects around the documentation management system (DMS / SAP)</p></li><li><p>Supports management in data collection and reporting out requirements of PM and calibration program</p></li><li><p>For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable</p></li><li><p>Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures</p></li><li><p>Performs other duties assigned as needed</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications/Requirements:</b></p><p></p><p>EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION</p><ul><li><p>Trained in a technical profession (Technician, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent)</p></li><li><p>3-4 years’ experience in industrial environment</p></li><li><p>Ability to read and understand technical manuals and specifications</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS</p><ul><li><p>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite</p></li><li><p>Must be proficient in SAP S4</p></li><li><p>Trained in measurement equipment and lab administration standards (DIN EN 17025</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>– This job posting is anticipated to close on 3<b>/27/2026</b>.
