Description

Responsible for ongoing administration of Risk application software, currently Datix or similar system. Familiar with all aspects of the application and related modules and will operate administrative functions for the application. Develops and distributes data/reports and decision making tools used throughout the organization. Coordinates with end users and project stakeholders to continue to make enhancements to the application. Manages the day to day operations of the application including maintenance of active reports. Seeks to streamline and create efficiencies within the application through the use of process improvement methodologies. Expected to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills via participation in work groups with all levels of staff.

Required qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent education/experience



• 1 year of experience with use of database systems and analysis of data.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
