Required Qualifications:

• Nursing degree/diploma required upon hire.



• Successful completion of an accredited college level lactation certification program that includes 300 hours OR more of precepted clinical lactation experience may be substituted for years of prior experience.



• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License



• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart



• 1 year Experience in an acute or ambulatory setting working with a pediatric population



• 1 year Experience providing lactation care in a labor and delivery, post partum, or NICU department or in an outpatient setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing upon hire.



• Preferred International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification
