The Technician I (Tubes and Formulated Research Products) is responsible for laboratory decontamination and preparing materials for production enabling the manufacturing team to deliver the highest quality of product to customers on time. This position reports to the Day Supervisor of Plate Formulation team in the Tubes and Formulated Research Products Value Stream located in Coralville, IA, and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Performs lab cleaning and decontamination protocols
- Prepares synthesis plates so that they are ready for synthesis which includes washing, drying, fritting and membrane loading
- Prepares materials for use such as glass tube rack filling and NAP column regeneration
The essential requirements of the job include: - High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- Proficiency in a variety of PC software programs with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office required
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - Previous laboratory and chemical handling experience preferred
