TheSenior Manager,Next GenAI & CRMToolsis a role whichwill aid infacilitatingand leading the collaboration efforts needed for the successofour Future FitFieldTools.TheSenior Manager,Next GenAI & CRM FieldToolsismanaging the support team and executingappropriate communicationsto ourfieldandmarketingcolleagues, as well as home office employees, along with continuously contributing creative ideas. The role is also responsible for acting asliaisonbetween Franchise Teams, Commercial Operations, Center of Excellence, IT, Training, OEC, and Legal.This position influences cross-functional teams to create andassess fieldtools,including CRM and analytical AI tools.

The position is a part of the Field Planning & Analytics TeamCenter of Excellencewhich drives field force effectiveness by optimizing our sales force size and structure, ensuring our IC designs are driving the right behavior, and ensuring our call plans, field tools and operations provide our field teams with what they need to drive the business in their markets. Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure qualityand timeliness of key deliverables and embrace the idea ofparticipatinginworkstreams, acting as the key point of contact.

  • Effectively prioritize across competing projects,maintainingconstant flow of communication withcustomersanddemonstratingstrong project management abilities.Such projectsinclude:deployment and strategic planning for Next Gen CRM, AI analytical toolsacross our US teams.

  • Proactivelyidentifyareas of opportunity to enhance/improve existing process/outputsinFieldTools.

  • Effectively manage vendor partnerships (timelines, budget, communications) with specific projects and initiatives.

  • Serve asliaisonbetweenTherapeutics Operations and Analytics,Business Technology Solutions,Training, and Franchise teams topartner inthedesign, deployment, training,maintenanceand communications offield facingsolutions.

  • Provide reporting and analytics onFieldToolstobusinessDirector and AssociateDirectorlevelstakeholders.

  • Use experience and knowledge in data sources, analytic methods, and reporting/crediting business rules to educate stakeholders onthe valueofanalyticsto guide field strategic initiatives and tactical priorities.

  • Own cross functionalprojects in capability with minimalsupervision bymanager.

  • Owncross franchise best practice sharing in the execution of keysolutions,systemenhancementsand changes.

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and planstomaximize adoptionof initiatives.

  • Proactively recommends improvements to streamline current processes and reducefield pain points andtime, ensuring consistency.

  • Proactively engages in the business and the users to provide system enhancement/business process recommendations and gather feedback.

Additional Role Responsibilities:

  • SME and key point of contact forUS field teams

  • Ownership ofcommercial systems (including but not limited toCRM,GenAIsys, other Field Analytical Tools andrelated processes).

  • Manage all requirements, updates, issues, segmentationupdates for the franchise partners.

  • Act asliaisonbetween CommercialOperations, BusinessTechnology Team, Training, and Franchise teams to partner in the design, deployment, training, and communicationsof FieldForce Reporting Tools.


Qualifications

  • BA, BS degreerequired. BA/BSrequiredto ensure effective understanding and application of business concepts.

  • Minimum of 5years' experiencein project management (including leadership of a significant cross-functional project),marketing or sales operations or information technology.

  • 3 plus years analytical and/or Commercial operations experiencerequired, preferably in the healthcareindustry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SQL, Snowflake

  • Preferred knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, complianceregulationsand standards

  • Able to manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously withsenseof urgency.

  • Strong project management, problem-solvingand analytical skills.

  • Ability to clearly and confidently articulate complex and difficult conceptsto a broad client base, including senior leadership, sales leadership, and other high-level contacts

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, in a matrix environment, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders (verticals, COE, brand teams).

  • Self-starter with strong focus on internal and external customers and operations

  • Identifiesopportunities to improve efficiencies and further integrate data to better serve businessneeds.

  • Seeks out diverse and different ideas and fosterscollaborativeteamenvironment.

  • Excellent business acumen, understanding of Compliance, Legal, Med/Regdriversand guidance.

  • Ability to develop and deliver training and communications to small and large groups.

  • Salesforce.com experience preferred.
