The Team The Senior Executive Assistant will provide high-impact executive and operational support to the Public Sector Executive Committee and Operations Team while leading the Administrative Team comprised of Executive Assistants and Administrative Assistants. The Senior Executive Assistant will own standards, service levels, and continuous improvement for executive operations, events, onboarding/offboarding Managing Directors (MDs), and administrative excellence. The role will ensure seamless coordination, confidentiality, and measurable outcomes across a fast-paced, multi-site consulting environment. This position is primarily in-office with remote flexibility (one day per week). How you will contribute: Executive Support - Calendar management (sequence internal/external commitments, resolve conflicts, protect focus time)
- Timesheet entry and submissions
- Expense report preparation and submission
- Travel arrangements
- MD Onboarding and offboarding
- Liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders; ensure clear, timely, and executive-appropriate communication
- Internal meeting scheduling, preparation and production
Business Development and Proposal Support - Senior Advisor invoice submission and payment tracking
- Internal / external business development meeting scheduling and coordination (invites, agendas, materials, logistics, minutes, document management, and action tracking)
- White glove review of executive-ready presentations for printing
- Signature approval and coordination with Contracts Office
Event Planning - Practice-wide event planning and execution
- Vendor management through contracts, SLAs, reconciliation, and closeout
Collaboration and Communication - Supervision, training, and coaching of EA and AA team members
- Weekly workload reviews, biweekly 1:1s, and quarterly performance snapshots (including feedback from MDs)
- Guidance and support to develop EA / AA skills and adherence to PSS and office protocols
- Proactive anticipation and solutioning of EA / AA team procedures and gaps to maintain operational efficiency
- Coverage models, capacity planning, cross-training, and backfill practices for peak periods and leave
- Quality assurance / review implementation

- Advanced Outlook calendar orchestration; complex schedule triage.
- Microsoft Office: Excel (reconciliations/reporting), PowerPoint (executive-ready materials), Word, Teams (collaboration).
- Expense/finance systems (Concur, SAP); CRM literacy (Salesforce read-only/report pulling).
- Event logistics expertise (budgeting, contracts, vendor SLAs, hybrid/virtual execution).
- Security and compliance awareness: PII handling, secure document sharing, travel duty-of-care.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience, 3+ years directly supporting multiple senior executives; 2-3+ years of people leadership
- Consulting or public sector experience preferred

The salary range is $100,000 - $110,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
