The role offers direct exposure to Asia FX markets and requires strong understanding of <b>short‑term interest rate dynamics</b>, as well as the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented trading environment.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Support day‑to‑day trading activities on the Asia FX desk</li><li>Monitor market developments across Asia FX and short‑term rates</li><li>Assist in risk management, position monitoring, and P&L tracking</li><li>Work closely with senior traders to execute strategies and manage franchise relationships</li><li>Contribute to market colour, trade ideas, and desk communication across time zones</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of <b>short‑term interest rates</b> and their impact on FX markets</li><li><b>Minimum 3 years</b> of relevant working experience (trading, structuring, or markets‑related role)</li><li>Solid understanding of Asia macro and FX market microstructure</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a real‑time trading environment</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Attributes</b></p><ul><li>Franchise‑friendly mindset with strong client awareness</li><li>Proven <b>team player</b> with excellent communication skills</li><li>Comfortable working across regions and time zones</li></ul><p style="text-align: inherit;"></p><p style="text-align: inherit;"></p><p style="text-align: left;"><b>Shift:</b></p>1st shift (United States of America)<p style="text-align: inherit;"></p><p style="text-align: inherit;"></p><p style="text-align: left;"><b>Hours Per Week: </b></p>40<p style="text-align: inherit;"></p><p style="text-align: inherit;"></p><p style="text-align: left;"><b></b></p></div>
