Sr Specialist Retail Programs Strategy and Operations - Richfield MN
As the Senior Specialist of Retail Programs Strategy and Operations, you will support the execution of retail sales and operational strategies that drive business performance across Best Buy stores. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to support retail initiatives, operational processes, and employee-facing programs that improve both the customer and employee experience. You'll help bring retail strategies to life through strong operational execution, collaboration, and problem-solving. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. What you'll do- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational responsibilities for Retail Programs
- Support retail program strategies, tools, and operational processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support product launches and initiatives
- Monitor retail feedback and identify operational improvement opportunities
- Support reporting, documentation, and execution of retail program initiatives
Basic qualifications- 2+ years of experience in retail, sales, operations, or business
- 1+ years of retail supervisory or management experience
- 1+ years of experience working with vendors or external partners
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and business partners
Preferred qualifications- 1+ years of experience supporting business financial management, reporting, or P&L responsibilities
- 6+ months or more of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects or initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience improving operational processes or retail execution
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
