As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead high-impact analytics initiatives within our Ads Analytics team. In this manager-level role, you'll guide technical execution, mentor data scientists, and collaborate across teams to deliver insights that shape our advertising ecosystem.

You'll dive deep into experimental design, predictive modeling, and Bayesian statistics--while also helping build scalable analytics infrastructure and AI-powered tools. If you love solving complex problems and translating data into clear, actionable strategies, this is the role for you.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days at our Best Buy office in Richfield, Minnesota, or New York City, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
