This role ensures that AI learning programs are planned, coordinated, and delivered with excellence at scale—supporting consistent adoption, high‑quality learner experiences, and measurable impact across functions and regions.</p><p>This will be a critical role in <b>translating AI Literacy strategy into action</b>, ensuring projects  are delivered on time, aligned to priorities, and continuously improved through feedback and operational insights.</p><p></p><p></p><h2><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h2><ul><li><p><b>Own the Execution Roadmap:</b><br />Own and maintain the AI Literacy execution roadmap, including quarterly training calendars, launch schedules, and event timelines across R&amp;D.</p></li><li><p><b>Oversee End‑to‑End Program Logistics:</b><br />Oversee logistics from end to end, including registration flows, scheduling, materials readiness, live session support, and post‑event follow‑up.</p></li><li><p><b>Coordinate AI Learning Delivery:</b><br />Support the delivery of virtual, hybrid, and in‑person AI Literacy learning experiences, including onboarding sessions, workshops, and large‑scale training events across global R&amp;D audiences.</p></li><li><p><b>Enable Content Deployment:</b><br />Partner with AI Literacy content owners to create and maintain toolkits, prompt libraries, onboarding guides, and microlearning modules tailored to both enterprise tools (e.g., Copilot) and proprietary platforms.</p></li><li><p><b>Track Metrics &amp; Drive Continuous Improvement:</b><br />Track operational KPIs including attendance, completion rates, satisfaction, and early indicators of adoption; leverage data and feedback to continuously refine execution and improve the learner experience.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><b>Qualifications:</b></h2><ul><li><p>A minimum education level of a <b>Bachelor’s degree</b>;
