Regular or Temporary: RegularLanguage Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)Please review the following job description:The Director of Transformation and Programs is responsible for developing, managing, and implementing projects with key business partners focused on transforming critical operations programs and owning end to end management of key operations programs such as Signature Guarantee Medallion Stamps and Operational Performance. This role will lead a team having a strong focus on long-term objectives such as leveraging AI and data driven tools to automate processes, improving teammate capacity, improving quality and/or efficiency, effecting cost savings, and advancing technological development.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Manages multiple, complex projects simultaneously, including identifying optimization and efficiency opportunities for critical teammate applications, engaging cross-functional stakeholders across multiple lines of business, operations, compliance, risk, and product. 2. Leads team in owning and managing operations programs, strategy, including ensuring programs are compliant, scalable, and consistently executed across the footprint. 3. In tandem with key partners, design and own the operational transformation and modernization roadmap. Identify and eliminate operational friction points by redesigning workflows and standardizing execution models. 6. Partner with technology, data, and operations teams to leverage AI tools, Copilot and automation solutions to streamline reporting, reduce manual work, improve insight delivery and embed automation into routine operational processes. 7. Engage with CSBB leadership to develop, build, and execute on Premier and Branch Strategic Initiatives and support executive needs. Represent Premier and Branch in various forums, work streams, journey rooms, and executive reviews. 8. Recruit, develop, and retain highly engaged teammates. Create an inspiring and inclusive culture. Provide support for team lead initiatives and professional development. 9. Ensure all regulations and compliance requirements are met for the Business relative to Premier and Branch Operations. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelors degree with a concentration in business, accounting, finance, banking or equivalent financial services experience and related training 2. Minimum of ten years of experience working in the financial services industry 3. Ability to lead, manage and influence multiple complex projects and objectives simultaneously 4. Proven ability to act as liaison between business, product, operational, and technical groups 5. Strong problem solving, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey complex materials to executive levels 6. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; ability to collaborate and build consensus across multiple groups 7. Ability to manage diverse, high-performing teams, which include a wide array of operational, functional, technical, and analytical skill sets Preferred Qualifications: 1. Minimum of fifteen years of experience working in the financial services industry 2.
