TheSenior Product Manager, DigitalPathologyisresponsibleactively managingthe product life cycle of new and existingdigitalpathology solutions across the healthcare and life science markets.You will execute product management activities,and drivescanner-focused product enhancements to expand the existing product areas and markets to better serve the entire customer base. Use your unique blend of hands-on market, business, and technicalexpertisein imaging systems or diagnostic instrumentation to develop big-picture visions and drive to make those visions reality. This position reports to the Sr Director, Global Product Management and is part of the Digital Pathology Product Management teamlocatedin Vista, CA and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Identifymarket opportunities, assess competition, write business cases,andestablishproductand pricingstrategies
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and program management to develop new and enhance existing products, ensuring documented requirementsrepresentthe true Voice of Customer (VOC),including user personas, workflow mapping, and unmet needs analysis
The essential requirements of the job include: 5+ years of product management (i.e., lead strategy and development of new product development, product life cycle management, business strategy).

Theannualsalary range for this role is$140,000 - $170,000.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range ofpossible compensationfor this role at the time of this posting. This range may bemodifiedin the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
