You will work in a truly global context and focus on shaping and developing the Mastercard Value Quantification effort.<br>As Director, Value Quantification, you will oversee the creation, optimization, and management of value quantification, pricing & Pre Sales Business analytics tools that help internal teams effectively communicate the value of Mastercards services to customers. You will lead initiatives to quantify service value, support the development of pricing strategies, Go To Market Initiatives and manage tools that enhance business decision-making. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure these tools meet business needs and deliver measurable impact, ultimately driving customer engagement and business growth.<br><br>________________________________________<br>Role Responsibilities<br><br>1. Value Quantification & Pricing Strategy<br> Lead initiatives to uncover and quantify the value creation drivers across Core Payments services, translating differentiated capabilities into measurable client cost reductions and/or revenue uplift.<br> Enable internal teams to effectively communicate and demonstrate the value proposition to customers.<br> Support the development and optimization of pricing strategies through data-driven insights, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.<br> Act as a strategic partner to global and regional teams, ensuring alignment on goals and delivering measurable client and organizational outcomes.<br><br>2. Tool Development, Management & Process Optimization<br> Oversee the creation, optimization, and management of value quantification, pricing and pre-sales analytics tools, ensuring they enable internal teams to assess, communicate, and enhance service value to customers.<br> Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of these tools, identifying opportunities for optimization to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall business impact.<br><br>3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Go-To-Market Support<br> Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, CSC, Finance, etc.) to gather business requirements, align tools with business needs, and ensure seamless integration of analytics solutions into pre-sales workflows.<br> Support go-to-market initiatives by providing analytical tools and frameworks that enhance client engagement and contribute to business growth.<br><br>4. Insight Generation, Reporting & Stakeholder Communication<br> Develop and deliver actionable insights derived from business analytics and pricing models to inform strategic decision-making.<br> Create clear, compelling presentations and reports to communicate the value and impact of tools to senior leadership and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective tool adoption and usage.<br><br>5. Leadership & Team Development<br> Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.<br> Ensure alignment with Mastercards business goals and objectives, driving the team to contribute effectively to strategic initiatives and business outcomes.<br><br>________________________________________<br>All About This Role<br> Dual Expertise in Business Analytics & Product Management : Extensive experience in business analytics and pricing strategy, with a proven ability to quantify the value of services and develop data-driven insights that drive business growth. Skilled at developing and optimizing analytics tools that support pre-sales efforts and enhance decision-making. Comfortable overseeing the entire lifecycle of these tools, from ideation and development to deployment and optimization.<br> Pre-Sales & Pricing Strategy: Strong background in pre-sales processes and a deep understanding of pricing strategies. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights to help internal teams communicate service value to customers and optimize pricing models.<br> Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Service Center leads, to gather requirements, align business needs, and ensure tools are impactful and scalable. Proven track record of driving alignment across teams and ensuring successful execution of initiatives.<br> Strategic Thinking & Execution: A strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution. Ability to identify business opportunities, translate them into actionable plans, and deliver results that contribute to Mastercards overall success.<br> Effective Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex analytics and pricing insights clearly to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders. Able to create compelling presentations and reports that drive action and ensure effective tool adoption.<br> Leadership & Team Development: Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
