Join us!</p><p></p><p><b>Job Description:</b><br>This job is responsible for leading execution across client and deal teams. Key responsibilities include working with teammates to proactively generate ideas and solutions to meet client needs.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Support origination, execution and advisory on various investment banking mandates across industries, such as strategic advisory, buy and sell-side M&A, inclusive of cross-border transactions, and related capital markets processes.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive financial research on companies, markets, and industries.</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed financial models and analyses, including discounted cash flow (DCF), leveraged buyout (LBO), comparable company and precedent transaction analysis, sum-of-the-parts valuation, cost of capital analysis, accretion/dilution, merger models, ability-to-pay analysis, value creation, operating models, and full three-statement models.</li><li>Help junior bankers on deal teams, providing guidance on financial modeling, analysis, and preparation of client deliverables.</li><li>Communicate effectively and manage relationships across internal teams, including product groups and cross-border colleagues, to ensure seamless execution.</li><li>Perform due diligence and day-to-day execution processes, taking responsibility for timely and accurate execution of multiple mandates at once, and demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.</li><li>Work with the legal team to draft and negotiate legal documentation, including engagement letters, confidentiality agreements, and other documents related to investment banking transactions.</li><li>Support broader team leadership and development efforts.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Skills & Experience:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related: and</li><li>3 years of experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.</li><li>Must include 3 years of experience in:</li><li>Global bank/bulge bracket investment banking transactions;</li><li>Executing investment banking transactions and processes in a global firm environment, including both domestic and cross-border M&A and capital markets products;</li><li>Preparing financial analysis, including detailed valuation analysis, such as: LBO analysis, discounted cash flow, accretion and dilution, M&A and IPO pro forma analysis, comparative company analysis, and sum of parts analysis;</li><li>Conducting due diligence and prepare internal and client materials in connection with investment banking transactions;</li><li>Preparing materials for clients and participating in client meetings during the course of investment banking deal origination and execution; and,</li><li>Leading teams of junior investment bankers to execute transactions, prepare client materials, and manage transaction processes.</li><li>In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of progressively responsible experience.</li><li>25% domestic and international travel required, as necessary.</li></ul><p></p><p>If interested apply online at <a href="https://www.bankofamerica.com/careers" target="_blank">www.bankofamerica.com/careers</a> or email your resume to <a href="mailto:bofajobs@bofa.com" target="_blank">bofajobs@bofa.com</a> and reference the job title of the role and requisition number.</p><p></p><p>EMPLOYER: <span>BofA Securities, Inc.</span></p><p style="text-align: inherit;"></p><p style="text-align: inherit;"></p><p style="text-align: left;"><b>Shift:</b></p>1st shift (United States of America)<p style="text-align: inherit;"></p><p style="text-align: inherit;"></p><p style="text-align: left;"><b>Hours Per Week: </b></p>40<p style="text-align: inherit;"></p><p style="text-align: inherit;"></p><p style="text-align: left;"><b></b></p></div>
